CC - 1975-58 - Assembly Bill 2404r 0 RESOLUTION NO. 75-58 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD SUPPORTINGAND URGING THE ADOPTION OF ASSEMBLY BILL 2404 WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 2404 would repeal the entire community redevelopment law, except when bonds have been issued or obligations have been incurred by a community under the community redevelopment law, and WHEREAS, the law would be continued in existence for the purpose of paying such bonds and obligations until they are fully satisfied, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rosemead does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Rosemead urges the State Legislature to enact Assembly Bill 2404. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and send a copy of this resolution to State Senator Alfred Song, State Assemblymen Joseph Montoya and Jack Fenton, and to the League of California Cities. 1 PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September, 1975 j.
