CC - 1977-18 - Per Diem Wage Rates\ r RESOLUTION 77- If A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DETERMINING THE PER DIEM WAGE RATES FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND FILING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The "General Wage Determination" made by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code Part 7, Chapter 1, Article 2, Sections 1770, 1773 and 1773.1 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference are determined to be the prevailing wage rates for each craft, classification, or type of workman needed to execute a public works contract with the City of Rosemead. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall maintain a copy of this resolution on file at the City Hall and shall publish a .copy of this resolution in a newspaper of general circulation which is circulated within .the City and shall cause a copy of this resolution to be posted at each public works job site, and shall file a certified copy of this resolution with the Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California.
