THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Rosemead
finds, determines and declares as follows:
a. That an application for a conditional use

hearing before the City Council.
Section 2. After public hearing, the City Council

current property improvements do not lend themselves to
the sale of alcoholic beverages at this location.
C. It has not been established that the project

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolution and shall cause a copy thereof to be
transmitted to the applicant.
