The Regular Meeting of the Rosemead Housing Development Corporation was called to order by
President Imperial at 7:40 p.m. in the Conference Room of City Hall, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
The Pledge to the Flag was led by Director Vasquez
The Invocation was delivered by President Imperial
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: JUNE 27, 2000 - REGULAR MEETING
MOTION BY VICE-PRESIDENT BRUESCH, SECOND BY DIRECTOR TAYLOR
that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 26, 2001, be approved as submitted. Vote

1. RESOLUTION NO. 01-01 CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
The following Resolution was presented to the Rosemead Housing Development
Corporation for adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 01-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE ROSEMEAD HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE
SUM OF $338,001.92 AND DEMANDS NO. 1221 THROUGH NO. 1247
MOTION BY VICE-PRESIDENT BRUESCH, SECOND BY DIRECTOR VASQUEZ
that the Corporation adopt Resolution No. 01-01. Vote resulted:

2. RESOLUTION NO. 01-02 - ADOPTING 2001-02 ROSEMEAD HOUSING
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BUDGET
MOTION BY DIRECTOR TAYLOR, SECOND BY VICE-PRESIDENT BRUESCH
that the Corporation adopt Resolution No. 01-02. Vote resulted:

The President declared said motion duly carried and so ordered.
Vice-President Bruesch asked how many applications there are for first-time buyers.
Don Wagner, Assistant City Manager, replied that in the last year there were
approximately 12 or so applications processed. Mr. Wagner continued that some of them
dropped out of the program, some could not qualify, etc.
Director Taylor requested copies of all applications.
