SUBJECT: 2025 AIPAC's POLITICAL COALITIONS SUMMIT, SEPTEMBER 26-28,

SUMMARY
The City Council will consider authorizing the attendance of any Council Member who wishes
to attend the 2025 AIPAC Political Coalitions Summit, from September 26-28, 2025 in Little
Rock, Arkansas.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council authorize any Council Member to attend the 2025 AIPAC
Political Coalition Summit, from September 26-28, 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
ANAT.VCTC
The Expense and Use of Public Resources Policy, adopted by City Council Resolution
No. 2005-47, requires City Council approval for out-of-state travel beyond an adjacent state.
Funding for this purpose is contained in the City's annual budget.
