PROJECT VERIFICATION:
ONSITE REVIEW AND VERIFICATION OF ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS

TEMPORARY FACILITIES:
PROVIDE TEMPORARY TOILET BEFORE STARTING ON THE JOB AS REQUIRED
BY CODE.
SAFETY & PROTECTION OF ADJACENT WORK:
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE METHOD AND SAFETY OF
HIS WORK, AND THE SAFETY OF PERSONS AND PROPERTY DURING THE
PERFORMANCE OD HIS WORK, DURING AND AFTER WORKING HOURS.
CONTRACTORS ARE TO EXERCISE ALL PRECAUTIONS NECESSARY TO
PROTECT ADJACENT PROPERTY, IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS
RESPONSIBILITY TO GET WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE ADJACENT
PROPERTY OWNER PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH HIS WORK.
PERMITS, INSPECTIONS & REGULATIONS:
UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED IN THE BID PACKAGE OR PLANS,
CONTRACTORS SHALL OBTAIN AND PAY FOR ALL PERMITS, LICENSES, TESTING
FEES, BONDS INSPECTIONS AND SOILS ENGINEERS, RECOMMENDATION
NECESSARY FOR THE PROSECUTION OF HIS WORK. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
GIVE ALL NOTICE FOR INSPECTION, AND COMPLY WITH ALL LAWS,
ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS BEARING ON THE CONDUCT OF THEIR
WORK, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO SIGN UP AND PAY FOR OWNER'S
ELECTRICAL PANEL AND WATER METERS AS THE OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE.
CLEAN UP:
CONTRACTOR SHALL AT ALL TIMES KEEP THE PREMISES FREE FROM THE
ACCUMULATION OF ALL WASTE MATERIALS AND RUBBISH CAUSED BY HIS
OPERATIONS. UPON COMPLETION OF HIS WORK, THE PRE PREMISES AND ALL
FINISHED SURFACES MUST BE CLEANED AND READY FOR OCCUPANCY.
SUBCONTRACTORS RELATIONS WITH OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS:
SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL PROPERLY CONNECT AND COORDINATE THEIR
WORK OF OTHERS AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL DO
ALL CUTTING, FITTING OR PATCHING OF THEIR OWN WORK TO BE RECEIVED BY
THE WORK OF OTHERS, AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. ALL COST CAUSED BY
DEFECTIVE OR ILL-TIME WORK SHALL BE ABSORBED BY THE RESPONSIBLE
CONTRACTOR.
UTILITIES:
CONTRACTORS TO VERIFY LOCATIONS AND DEACTIVATED ALL UTILITIES IN
BUILDING/ OR BUILDING AREA PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH WORK THAT WILL
