SUBJECT: CONSIDERATION TO CANCEL THE JULY 22, 2025, CITY COUNCIL
MEETING
SUMMARY
The City Council will consider the cancellation of its regularly scheduled meeting of July 22,
2025, due to a projected lack of quorum. Should the July 22, 2025 meeting be cancelled, the next
regular meeting of the City Council will be held as scheduled on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at
7:00 p.m.
BACKGROUND

business, may not meet per the Brown Act.

That the City Council cancel the regular City Council meeting of July 22, 2025.
FISCAL IMPACT - None
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The proposed action does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality
Act ("CEQA"), and it can be seen with certainty that it will have no impact on the environment.
As such, this matter is exempt under CEQA.
