SUMMARY
Council Member Ly requested a discussion on Republic Services Contract Compliance.
DISCUSSION
The City of Rosemead currently contracts with Republic Services for the provision of solid waste
collection, recycling, and related services within the City. This agenda item is intended to facilitate
discussion of the current contract, including Republic Services' compliance with its terms and
conditions.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council discuss and provide direction to staff.
