ITEM No. V7T- - A-
October 12, 1994
Mr. Robert W. Bruesch
Mayor
City of Rosemead
8838 E. Valley Boulevard
Rosemead, CA 91770
Dear Mayor Bruesch
It has come to my attention that my request for reappointment to the Planning Commission was
deferred because of concerns among some members of the City Council that I may not be able to
fulfill my responsibilities as a member of the Planning Commission.
More specifically, there was concern as to whether I have the financial wherewithal to pay my wife's
expenses when she accompanies me on trips. In response, I am writing to say that I am able to pay
any additional costs of having her join me. I understand the City's concerns in this area and I want
to reassure the members of the City Council that I am fully able and willing to serve another term on
the Planning Commission.
I trust that this letter clarifies any concerns that the City Council may have with respect to this issue.
I look forward to serving the City of Rosemead for another term as a member of the Planning
Commission.
~Sincerely,
`Robert Bree~~~`
