DISCUSSION
During the reporting period, seven purchase orders exceeded the $10,000 threshold. The total value

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the report on purchase orders issued more
than $10,000 for the months of January 2026 through March 2026.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item, as the report is informational only and does not
authorize any new expenditure.
