The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Armenta
at 6:36 p.m., in the Rosemead City Conference Room, located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Mayor Armenta, Mayor Pro Tem Low, and Council Members Clark, Dang and Ly
ABSENT: None
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957
Title: City Manager
Mayor Armenta announced that the City Council would recess to Closed Session and
would report any reportable actions.
Mayor Armenta recessed the Special Meeting to Closed Session at 6:36 p.m.
The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 11:02 p.m.
Mayor Armenta reported that no reportable action was taken during Closed Session.
2. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Armenta recessed the special meeting at 11:03 p.m.
