A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND
APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR THE ACOUSTIC PANELS PROJECT (CIP
PROJECT NO. 31029)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating and Capital
Improvement Program Budgets on June 9, 2026; and
WHEREAS, amendments must periodically be made to the budget to conform to changed
circumstances following adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget did not include the Acoustic Panels
Project (CIP Project No. 31029); and
WHEREAS, funding was not allocated in the City's approved Fiscal Year 2026-2027
Budget for the Acoustic Panels Project (CIP Project No. 31029), thus requiring a revision to add
the project and appropriate $60,000 in Development Impact Fee — Parks (Fund 253) funds to cover
the -construction costs of the project; and
WHEREAS, the revised appropriation constitutes an update to the Fiscal Year 2026-2027
Budget approved pursuant to Resolution No. 2026-31.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rosemead does hereby resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby approves an appropriation in the amount of Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($60,000) in Development Impact Fee —Parks funds for the Project.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
