The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Armenta
at 6:02 p.m., in the Rosemead City Hall Council Chamber, located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Mayor Armenta, Mayor Pro Tern Low, and Council Members Clark, Dang and Ly
ABSENT: None
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957
Title: City Manager
B. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Property: APN 5279-033-801
Agency negotiator: Interim City Manager Belmudez and City Attorney Rachel Richman
Negotiating parties: Southern California Edison (SCE)
Under negotiation: Payment and Terms of Payment
Mayor Armenta announced that the City Council would recess at 6:03 p.m. to Closed
Session and would report any reportable actions.
Mayor Armenta reconvened to Open Session at 7:02 p.m.
City Attorney Richman announced no reportable action taken for either item.
2. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Armenta adjourned the special meeting at 7:03 p.m.
