CC - Item 4J - Acceptance of Deed for Street Purposes 8732 Zerelda StreetTO: BILL CROWE, IMANAGER FROM: KEN RUKAVINA, CITY ENGINEER DATE: MARCH 15, 2004 RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES 8732 ZERELDA STREET As part of the construction of future Dubonnet Avenue between Mission Drive and Zerelda Street with Tract 53447, the developer was required to dedicate road right of way along the northwest corner of 8732 Zerelda Street. This dedication will allow the future Dubonnet Avenue to be aligned with the existing Dubonnet Avenue north of Zerelda Street, and also provide for an adequate turning radius and construction of street improvements within the public right of way. Attached for your information is a copy of road deed dedication. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council: Accept the deed; and Direct the City Clerk to record the deed together with the certification of acceptance.
