AND MEMBERS
ROSEMEAD CITY COUNCIL
FROM: FRANK G. TRIPEPI, CITY MANAGER _X
DATE: JULY 1, 1991
RE: RESOLUTION NO. 91-35 - INCREASING THE REWARD,FOR INFORMATION
LEADING TO THE CONVICTION OF PERSONS CAUSING GRAFFITI IN THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD
This item was placed on the Agenda at the request of Mayor Imperial.
By way of background, the City Council authorized a reward of $500.00
in August 1989 for information leading to the arrest and conviction
rl of persons causing graffiti in Rosemead. Since that time, the
Council has authorized the payment of one reward to an individual
providing such information and testifying in Court.
Should the Council wish to update and increase the reward, it would
be appropriate to approve Resolution No. 91-35.
