suspects in connection to a grand theft that occurred at the Macy’s department store.

in assault that occurred on Valley Blvd. Suspect was later taken into custody for
resisting arrest and battery on peace officer.

suffering from mental health episode at the Rosemead Public Safety Center.
Resident was previously combative with her mother at their residence prior to
arriving to Public Safety Center. Resident received assistance from the LASD
Mental Evaluation Team.
Rosemead SAO Deputies responded to a house fire in Rosemead. Resident was
evacuated and SAO Deputies assisted Los Angeles County Fire with containing
fire from spreading using garden hose.

connection with Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Firearm). One male arrested
for assault with a deadly weapon during detention.

Deadly Weapon suspect. Suspect wanted in connection with assault that
occurred with family member with a blunt object.
• Rosemead SAO Deputies assisted with a burglary investigation that occurred
July 24, 2026, for local business in Rosemead involving local transient. Ongoing
issue with transient trespassing, vandalizing property and burglarizing business.
During the investigation, Rosemead SAO Deputies identified the local transient,
located him and placed him under arrest for violation 459 PC Burglary and 602
(M) PC Trespassing. Additional charges for vandalism pending.

organized crime group, family or clan-based network of individuals who travel
to commit scams, distraction thefts, burglaries and financial fraud. One female
detained had an active federal case with FBI for theft related crimes.
