The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Armenta
at 6:01 p.m., in the Rosemead City Hall Council Chamber, located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Mayor Armenta, Mayor Pro Tem Low, and Council Members Clark and Dang
ABSENT: Council Member Ly

Mayor Armenta announced that the City Council would recess at 6:02 p.m. to Closed
Session and would report any reportable actions.
Mayor Armenta reconvened to Open Session at 7:02 p.m.
City Attorney Richman announced no reportable action taken for either item.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Armenta adjourned the special meeting at 7:03 p.m.
