A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD APPROVAL OF
THE AMENDMENT TO SECTION 9121.18 OF THE
ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Pfann.ing Commission binds and determines
that a pub ti~g was duty conducted on NovembeA 1„ 1976, in
the Counc Z ChambeA3 ob the Rosemead City Haft, 8838 Vaftey Btvd.,
Rosemead, Cat.iboAn.ia, and that notice ob .time, date, place and
purpose ob the a4oresaid heaA.ing was given accoAd.ing to Law.
Section 2. The Ptann.ing Commission )Lecommends that the
Rosemead Munee_Tode be amended to add PaAagraphs A and B to
Section 9121.18,,6-to Aead as boffows:
"A. Outside Display and Storage in C-1 and CBD
Zones - All display in C-1 and CBD Zones
shall be wholly-within an enclosed building,
except for the following:

display in C-3 and M-1 Zones shall be wholly
within an enclosed building except for the

Christmas Trees and Wreaths
Sales of Crops including Nursery Stock
Boat Sales and Rental or Storage
Recreation Vehicles
Truck and Trailer Rental
Parking Lots
Motorcycle Sales
Equipment Rental Yards
Decorative Fencing Displays
Outdoor Recreational Equipment
Outside Storage in C-3 and M-1 Zones - Outside
storage is permitted on the rear of a lot or
parcel of land in Zones C-3 and M-1 when such
storage is strictly incidental to the permitted
use existing in a building on the front portion
of the. same lot or parcel of land and provided
no storage is higher than the enclosure
surrounding it.
Any outdoor area used for storage shall be
completely enclosed by a solid masonry wall
and solid gate not less than 6 feet in he
