PC - 1976-16 - Recommending approval of amendment to section 9120.17 of the Rosemead Municipal CodeE PC RESOLUTION 76-16 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD APPROVAL OF THE AMENDMENT TO SECTION 9120.17 OF THE ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section determines that a September 7, 1976 Hall, 8838 Valley notice of the tim hearing was given 1. The Planning Commission finds and public hearing was duly conducted on in the Council Chambers of the Rosemead City Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and that date, place, and purpose of the aforesaid according to Law. Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends that Section 9120.17 of the Rosemead Municipal Code be amended to read as follows: "When any commercially zoned lot has a common side or rear lot line with any R-Zoned property; a six foot high masonry wall shad be constructed and maintained along all such common side or rear lot lines and allowing for visual clearance when the property is located at a corner subject to the annroval of the Planning Director." Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds the amendment to the Rosemead Municipal Code will not have a significant adverse effect on the environment as: 1. The amendment is of 2.
