A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD APPROVAL OF THE AMENDMENT
TO SECTION 9120.17 OF THE ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends that

read as follows:
"When any commercially zoned lot has a common
side or rear lot line with any R-Zoned property;
a six foot high masonry wall shad be constructed
and maintained along all such common side or rear
lot lines and allowing for visual clearance when the
property is located at a corner subject to the

of this Resolution and shall transmit copies of same to the applicant
and the Rosemead City Clerk.
