A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT IN CASE NO. 77-113
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Ptann.Lng Commission does heneby find and
detenm.Lne a an appt.Lcation was duty 6.Lted by Eldon D Beeztey and
Banbana D. Beeztey, with nespect to neat pnopen.ty descn.Lbed as:
8940 Vattey Boutevand, Rosemead, Cat.L6onn.La;
nequezting the sate of antiques at the above addness, which is in
the CBD Zone; that a pubtic heating was duty conducted on Apnit 4,
1977, at 7:30 p.m., in the Councit Chambens of the Rosemead City
Hatt, 8838 Vattey Boutevand, Rosemead, Cat.l6onn.La; and that notice
of .time, date, ptace and punpose of the a6oneza.Ld heating was given
according to Law.
Section 2. The Ptann.Lng Commission bunthen bands and

Acceptance ob Conditions" to the Planning
Repantment.
This.Conditionat Use Permit shad be a
pensonat'penmit issued to Eldon D. Beeztey
and Banbana D. Beeztey (heneinabten the
"Beezteys") and shall not be assignable
votuntan.ity oa invotuntahity and shatt
terminate upon.assignmeht on upon the
cessation o4 business by the Beezteys at'
the location described herein.

premises shall be wholly enclosed within
the building.
Section 5. This action shall become binat"and ebbective

within such time a whitten appeal is tiled with the City CtelLk, bo)t

Ordinance.
