A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD, A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1, SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4445 WALNUT GROVE AVENUE, ROSE-
MEAD, CALIFORNIA. (ZONE CHANGE 78-99).
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines
that aaPubTic Hearing was duly conducted on August 21, 1978
and concluded on December 4, 1978 in the Counicl Chambers of
Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California
and that notice of the time, date, place and purpose of the
aforesaid hearing was given according to law.
Section 2. The Planning Commission finds and determines
that as Negative Declaration was prepared in compliance with
the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Guidelines
for the implementation of CEQA and Rosemead Resolution 78-5.
Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds that this
Zone C ange is in conformance with the Land Use Element of the
General Plan.
Section 4. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning
Commission of the City of Rosemead recommends that the City
Council change the Zone of that parcel described on the
attached map.
Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of t e Resolution and transmit copies thereof to the City
Clerk of the City of Rosemead.
