A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
78-133.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby
find an etermine that an application was duly filed
by Mary Flores with respect to real property described
as:
3200 Del Mar Avenue, Rosemead, California
requesting the off-site sale of alcoholic beverages in
conjunction with "Angie's Market" at the above address.
That a public hearing was duly set for September
5, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rosemead City Hall, 8838
Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California and a_.notice
of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid
hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held
at the aforesaid mentioned time and place.
Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds
and det-ermines facts do exist as required by Section
9180 et.seq._ of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead
justifying a granting of the Conditional Use Permit.
Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds:
1. Compliance with the Conditions of Approval will
insure that the project will not be detrimental
to the surrounding properties.
2. The project is desirable to the public convenience.
3. As the internal operation will not create ob-
jectionable noise or odors, the project should
be compatible with surrounding development and
desirable for the public convenience.
Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings, the
Commissio~Tby grants a Conditional Use Permit with
respect to the property described in Section 1 of this
Resolution, subject to the following conditions:
1. Apply for City of Rosemead License and Occupancy
permit.
2. Comply with the requirements of the Building,
Health and Fire Departments.
3.. Supply trash containers and maintain the property
in a clean and litter-free state.

renewal,.by the .Planning .Commissionswith6ut a_-__.
Public..Hearing.a_This;.permit.is..note:transferable
:to.'future purchasers or occupants. The applicant
assumes responsibility for all conduct on the
premises.
5. Within ten (10) days after approval; the applicant
shall submit a notarized affadavit of agreement
to these conditions with the Planning Department.
Section 5. This action shall become final and effective
ten (1 ays after this decision by the Planning Commission
unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the
City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council
as provided in the Zoning Ordinance.
Section 6. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this Resoru-tion shall transmit copies of the same to the
applicant and the Rosemead City Clerk.
