PC - 1978-10 - Change of Zone from C-3 to R-3 property located at Southeast corner f Rush and San Gabriel blvdPC RESOLUTION 78-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD A CHANGE OF ZONE.FROM C-3, MEDIUM COMMERCIAL, TO R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY.RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RUSH STREET AND SAN GABRIEL BOULEVARD. (ZONE CHANGE 78-98) THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines tz t a Public Hearing was duly conducted on June 19, 1978 in the Council Chambers of the Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and that notice of the time, date, place and purpose of the aforesaid hearing was given according to Law. Section 2. The Planning Commission.finds and determines tFat a Negative Declaration was prepared in compliance with the California Et:vironmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Guidelines for the implementation of CEQA, and Rosemead Resoltuion 78-5. Section.3. The Planning Commission further finds that this Zone Change is in conformance with the Land .a.: Use: Elementcofrthe.Gehera1nPlar.-S._ Section.4. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemead recommends that the City Council Change the Zone of that parcel described on the attached map. Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption o e esolution and transmit copies thereof to the City Clerk of the City of Rosemead.
