PC - 1978-07 - Granting a conditinal use permit in conditinal use permit case no. 78-123PC RESOLUTION 78'x-7 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO, 78-123 t THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section..l. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine that an application was duly filed by Mary C. Snyder with::respect to real property described as: 2428 San Gabriel Boulevard, Rosemead, California requesting off-site sale of alcoholic beverages at the above address. That a Public Hearing was duly set for April 17, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California and a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly held at the afore- mentioned time and place. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and determines facts do exist as required by Section 9180 et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying a granting of the Conditional Use Permit. Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds: 1. Secure appropriate Occupancy Permit and City licenses. 2. Comply with requirements of the Building/Fire Department. 3. Supply trash containers and maintain the property in a clean and litter-free state. 4. This Conditional Use Permit is approved for a two-year period, at which time it may be reviewed for renewal by the Planning Commission without a Public Hearing. This permit is not transferable to future purchasers or occupants. The applicant assumes responsibility for all conduct on the premises. 5. Entry way to be improved-with_a -temporar-y.solutioh to the-problems imposed by the construction of San Gabriel Boulevard: Such temporary improvement to_ be approved by the Building Department. 6. Within ten (10) days after approval, the applicant shall submit a notarized affidavit of agreement to these conditions with the Planning Department. Section 4. This action shall become final and effective ten (10 days after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinance. Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adopting of this Resolution and shall transmit copies of the same to the applicant and the Rosemead City Clerk. F._ ADOPTED this ~ day of 1978.
