PC - 1978-05 - Change of zone from R-1 to R-3 for property located at 4328 Muscatel AvenuePC RESOLUTION 78-5 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO R-3, MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4328 MUSCATEL AVENUE, ROSEMEAD. (ZONE CHANGE 78-97) THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: .Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines that a public hearing was duly conducted on April 17, 1978 in the Council Chambers of the Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and that notice of the time, date,.place and purpose of the aforesaid hearing was given according to Law. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds that a Negative Declaration was prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Guidelines for the implementation of CEQA, and Rosemead Resolution 78-5. Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds that this Zone Change is in conformance with the Land Use Element of the General Plan. Section 4. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemead recommends that the City Council Change the Zone of that parcel described on Attachment "A" hereof,'from R-1 (single family residential) to R-3 (multiple residential). Section 5. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of the Resolution and transmit copies thereof to the City Clerk of the City of Rosemead. ADOPTED this 1. 17 day of April,. .
