PC - 1979-17 - Change of Zone from R-1 to M-1 property at 3015-3021 Sullivan Avenuer PC RESOLUTION 79-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO M-1, LIGHT MANUFACTURING AND INDUSTRIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3015-3021 SULLIVAN AVENUE, ROSE- MEAD. (ZONE CHANGE 79-110). THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find and determine that a Public Hearing was duly conducted on May 7, 1979 in the Council Chambers of Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California, and that a notice of the time, date, place and purpose of the aforesaid hearing was given according to law. Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and determines that a Negative Declaration was prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Guidelines for CEQA, and Rosemead Resolution 78-5. Section 3. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission of the City of Rosemead recommends that the City Council change the zone of that parcel described on the attached map. Section 4. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of the Resolution and transmit copies thereof to the City Clerk of the City of Rosemead.
