A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
79-140, 7-11 CONVENIENCE MARKET.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning'Commission does hereby find
and determine that an application was duly filed by Hong
Ill Kim with respect to real property described as:
8807 Mission Drive, Rosemead, California
requesting the off-site sale of alcoholic beverages; and that
a Public Hearing was duly set for February 20, 1979 at 7:30 p.m.
at the Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,
California and that notice of the time, date, place and purpose
of aforesaid hearing was duly given; that a hearing was duly
held at the aforementioned times and place.
Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and
determines that facts do exist as required by Section 9180
et seq. of the Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying
a granting of the Conditional Use Permit.

Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings, the
Commission ereby grants a Conditional Use Permit with respect
to the property described in Section 1 of this Resolution, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Applicant shall apply for all appropriate City Business
Licenses and Occupancy Permits.
2. The graffiti is to be removed along the brick portion
of the structure, and future attempts shall be made to
keep the building free of graffiti.
3. This permit is approved for a period of one year, at
which time the applicant may apply for renewal by the
Planning Commission without a Public Hearing. This
permit is not transferable to future purchasers or
occupants. The applicant assumes responsibility for
all conduct on the premises.
4. Within ten (10) days after approval, the applicant shall
submit a notarized affadavit of agreement to these
conditions with the Planning Department.
Section 5. This action shall become final and effective
ten ( ays after this decision by the Planning Commission
unless within such time a written appeal is filed with the
City Clerk, for consideration by the Rosemead City Council as
provided in the Zoning Ordinance.
Section 6. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this Rution and shall transmit copies of the same to
the applicant and the Rosemead City Clerk.
