Some people think government is unreachable, that it has
no "face". Others shrug off involvement, believing everything is done
by lobbyists. "The System" is too big to listen to a small voice. Luckily,
these people are mistaken. Many ideas for statutes have occurred
because one citizen recognized how a change in state law would solve a
problem or make a difference.
