A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 80-195.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD.DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Rosemead does
hereby find and determine that an application was filed by Kil Bae to:-request
the sale of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption in conjunction with
an existing convenience market, known as "7/11", and located at:
8807 Mission Drive, Rosemead, California;
and that a public hearing was duly set for September 15, 1980.at 7:30 p.m., in
the Council Chambers of Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,
California,.and_that notice of the time, date, place, and purpose of the aforesaid
hearing was duly given; and that a-public hearing was duly held at the afore-
mentioned time and place.
Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and determines that
facts do exist as required by Section 9180, et. seq., of the ordinances of the
City of Rosemead, justifying the granting of a conditional use permit.
Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds:
1. The project is in harmony with the elements and objectives of the
General Plan.
2. The project will not be detrimental to the surrounding properties.
3. The project is desirable for the public convenience.
4. On the basis of evaluation, this project has been determined to be
a Class.9 Categorical Exemption under the provisions of CEQA. A
Notice of Exemption was filed with the County Clerk.
Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings, the Commission hereby
grants a conditional use permit with respect to the property described in Section 1
of this Resolution,.,subject to the following conditions:

1. Applicant shall apply for City Business License, Occupancy Permit,
and applicable licenses with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage
Control.
2. The subject property shall be maintained in a clean and litter-free
state in accordance with Sections 5401-5415 of the Rosemead
Municipal Code.
3. Applicant shall provide a gate for the trash enclosure to provide
screening from the street.
4. This permit is approved for a period of three years, at which time
the applicant may apply for renewal without benefit of a public
hearing.
5. This permit is not transferable to future owners or occupants.
6. Within ten (10) days of approval:, the applicant shall submit a
notarized Affidavit of Agreement to.these conditions with the
Planning Department.

Section 5. This action shall become final and effective ten (10) days
after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written
appeal is filed with the City Clerk for consideration by the Rosemead City Council
as provided in the Zoning Ordinance.

Section 6.. The secretary shall certify to the adoption of the Resolution
and shall transmit copies of same to the applicant and the Rosemead City Clerk.
