PC RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 80-193.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planninq Commission of the City of Rosemead does
hereby find and determine that an application was filed by Miguel M. Mardueno
to request the sale of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption, in con-
junction with an existing meat market, known as "Los Toros Meat Market", and
located at:
8210 Garvey Avenue, Rosemead, California;
and that a public hearing was duly set.for September 2, 1980, at 7:30 p.m., in
the Council Chambers of Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead,
California, and that notice of the time, date, place, and purpose of the aforesaid
hearing was duly given, and that a hearing was duly held at the aforementioned
time and place. ,
Section 2. The Planning commission further finds and determines that
facts do exist'as required'by Section 9180, et. seq., of the Ordinances of the
City of Rosemead; justifying the granting of a conditional use permit.
Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds:
1. The project is in harmony with the elements and-objectives of the
General Plan.
2. The project will not be detrimental to the surrounding properties.
3. The project is desirable for the public convenience.
4. On the basis of evaluation, this project has been determined to
be a Class 9 Categorical Exemption under the provisions of CEQA.
A Notice of Exemption was filed with the County Clerk.
Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings, the Commission hereby
grants a conditional use permit with respect to the property described in Section 1
of this Resolution, subject to the following conditions:
1. Applicants shall comply with all recommendations required by the
Building, Fire, and Health Departments for Occupancy approval.
2. This permit is not transferable to future purchasers or occupants.
Section 5. This action shall become final and effective ten (10) days
after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such time a written
appeal is filed with the City.Clerk for consideration by the Rosemead City Council,
as provided in the Zoning Ordinance.
Section 6. The secretary shall certify to the adoption of the Resolution
and.shall transmit copies of same to the applicant and Rosemead City Clerk.

3. This permit is granted for a period of three (3) years at which t-ime'it may be
reviewed by the Planning Commission withoutbenefit-of a publicghearing.
