A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 80-183.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Rosemead does
hereby find and determine that an application was filed by Tiny Naylor's
Inc. to request the sale of beer and wine with meals in conjunction with
their restaurant located at:
3630 Rosemead Boulevard, Rosemead;
and that a public hearing was duly set for April 7, 1980 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers of the Rosemead City Hall, 8838 Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California and that notice of the time, place, date, and
purpose of the aforesaid hearing was duly given, and that a hearing
was duly held at the aforementioned time and place,
Section 2. The Planning Commission further finds and determines
that facts do exist as required by Section 9180, et. seq., of the
Ordinances of the City of Rosemead justifying the granting of a
conditional use permit.
Section 3. The Planning Commission further finds:
1. The project is in harmony with the elements and objectives
of the City's General Plan.
2. The project will not be detrimental to the surrounding
properties.
3. The project is desirable for the public convenience.
4. On the basis of evaluation, this project has been determined
to be a Class 9 Categorical Exemption under the provisions
of CEQA. A Notice of Exemption was filed with the County
Clerk on March 21, 1980.
Section 4. Based on the aforementioned findings, the Commission
hereby grants a conditional use permit with respect to the property
described in Section 1 of this Resolution, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Apply for all City business licenses and Occupany Permit
and comply with all requirements setforth by said permit.
2. This conditional use permit is approved for a period of ten (10)
years or until such time as a transfer of ownership should
take place; of there is a change in the use of the business.
It may be reviewed by the planning commission for renewal
without a public hearing.
3. Within ten (10) days after approval, the applicant shall
submit a notarized Affidavit of Agreement to the above
conditional with- the Planning Department.

'Section 5. This action whall become final and effective ten (10)
days after this decision by the Planning Commission unless within such
time a written appeal is filed with the City Clerk for consideration
by the Rosemead City Council as provided in the Zoning Ordinance.

Section 6. The secretary shall certify to the adoption of the,
Resolution and shall transmit copies of same to the applicant and the
Rosemead City Clerk.
