Property is unsightly due to lack of proper maintenance. 2. Trash, junk, debris and miscellaneous items are strewm.throughout rear yard. 3. House hold appliances and discarded. furniture are strevol throughout rear and side yards. 4., Plumbing for exterior laundry facility has been installed without the. required approvals and permits. 5. Inoperable vehicles are being stored on property for unreasonable periods of time. 6. Window screens are missing in several locations. 7. Several extension cords are being used as permanent wiring. 8. Water heater is not properly vented and temperature and pressure relief piping must terminate outside within 6" of grade. 9. Water heater lacks the required seismic anchors. 10. Several patio covers have been constructed without the required approvals and permits. 11. Garage door is damaged. 12. Plastie 4Et p AtffenTgate i unsightly. t Page 2 Tool shed Sdbstandard Conditions Tool shed at rear of garage has been altered/converted to a second living quarters without the required approvals. and permits and must be restored to its approved use. • Remove all interior partition walls from tool shed. • Remove all drain, waste and vent piping, plumbing fixtures and gas piping from the garage. • Remove all exposed, open and unsafe electrical wring, outlet and light boxes, receptacles, switches, and light fixtures. • Garage door must be operable. Access to interior of all buildings was not gained. Therefore, additional substandard conditions and building code violations may become evident during subsequent site visits. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED for repairs and maybe obtained at the Building Department from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Monday through Thursday, and from 4:00 P.M: to 6:00 P.M., Thursdays.
