HEARING ON PROPERTIES (All persons who may wish to address the board regarding property issues: please rise at this time and to be sworn in by the Board Secretary) 1. 9432 - 9438 Valley Boulevard On December 7, 2005, the property at 9432 - 9438 Valley Boulevard was declared substandard by the Building Official. After nearly eleven months, compliance has still not been achieved. Recommendation: That the Board find the property substandard and order all substandard conditions be removed and/or corrected by December 1, 2006. However, if permits are obtained, and sufficient progress is achieved by December 1, 2006, the abatement date may be extended to January 2, 2007. 2. 9520 Steele Street On January 4, 2006, the property at 9520 Steele Street was declared substandard by the Building Official. After nearly a year, compliance has still not been achieved.
