CONSIDERATION OF CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE ROSEMEAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION AND FRANK G. TRIPEPI
A significant amount of commercial development activity is underway or
in the planning stage. In order to insure continuity of these revenue
generating projects, it is recommended that the Commission approve the
Consulting Services Agreement between the Commission and Frank G.
Tripepi.
Recommendation: Approve the Consulting Services Agreement between
the Commission and Frank G. Tripepi.
4. AUTHORIZATION TO ATTEND INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF
SHOPPING CENTERS (ICSC) WESTERN DIVISION CONFERENCE,
SEPTEMBER 24-26, 2002, PALM SPRINGS
This conference will have sessions with panelists from all the major
retailers, developers, and commercial real estate brokers. .
Recommendation: Authorize the attendance of any Commission
Member, Executive Director, and staff designee.

- \ \ 5. AUTHORIZATION TO ATTEND LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES
REDEVELOPMENT SEMINAR, JULY 26-27,2002, MONTEREY
This year's seminar includes sessions on Tax Increment Financing,
Education, Marketing and Promotion, Developing Affordable Housing,
and Downtown Revitalization Projects.
Recommendation: Authorize the attendance of any Commission
Member, Commission Attorney, Executive Director, and staff designee.
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FROM ANTHONY VENTI
REALTORS/GRAE VENTURES
A letter was received from a developer stating that Lowe's Home
Improvement might be interested in the NEC of Temple City and Valley
Boulevards.
Recommendation: Submit to the board any development proposals
submitted for Temple City Boulevard and Valley Boulevard along with a
staff analysis of the project feasibility.
