This year's seminar includes sessions. on Tax Increment Financing, Education, Marketing and Promotion, Developing Affordable Housing, and Downtown Revitalization Projects. Council and staff have attended this conference in the past and it has proven to be of benefit to the City. RECOMMENDATION . It is recommended that the Commission authorize the attendance of any Commission Member, Commission Attorney, Executive Director and staff designee.
