Prospect Avenue Rosemead,CA 91770 Dear Mayor Clark: We all know that Congressman Marty Martinez has been one of the most accessible members of Congress - whether we needed his ear here in the district or whets we traveled to Washington, D. We believe it fitting to acknowledge his tireless efforts on behalf of completion of the 710 Freeway; in El Monte, Azusa and Monterey Park alone, he has brought in millions of dollars for us to pursue housing projects for those who would never have been able to afford a home; he fought to bring in millions more for us to continue our educational programs; and our Veterans and Seniors will tell you there has not been abetter champion of their causes. To continue would create a book. "Matthew Martinez Day" will be capped with a "so long" (not goodbye) reception in his district office at 2550 W. Main Street, Suite 301; Alhambra, CA 91801 (corner of Fremont and Main Streets). The reception will be from 3 to 6pm. At that time, City, School and Water Board Officials will honor the Congressman.
