As the attached letter indicates, Starbucks is very interested in leasing the northwest comer of the property at the northwest corner of Valley Boulevard and Rosemead Boulevard, which would include the liquor store and furniture store. They are interested in either a freestanding building with a drive thru or a end cap of a multi tenant building. v Staff is requesting direction from the Agency on whether you would like us to begin discussion with the current owner of the property. Also attached is a map of the property.
