The subject properties are located in a R -2 zone within Redevelopment Project Area # 2. The 8908 Bentel Avenue property (Assessor's Parcel Number 5391- 012 -022) is improved with a vacant single - family residential unit on a 6400 square foot parcel. The 4022 -24 Ivar Avenue property (Assessor's Parcel Number 5391 -012 -021) is improved with a duplex residential structure (one unit of which is occupied) on a 6324 square foot parcel. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Redevelopment Agency authorize the Executive Director to hire an appraiser to establish the fair market value of the properties located at 8908 Bentel Avenue and 4022 Ivar Avenue.
