and shopping center industries. Learn about the several methodologies
employed in forecasting E-commerce sales and why this leads to so many
conflicting reports. This session will also address the latest E-commerce metrics

E-commerce with regard to the symbiotic relationship between traditional
retailing and Web-based retailing, moreover, what this means for the future.
Additionally, this session will address the advantages and disadvantages
associated with Web-based retailing. Understand the most recent developments
affecting the world of E-commerce, including, but not limited to: mergers and
acquisitions, adver:ising, capital flow and what's "new and cool" in the incustry.

DEAL- MAKING AND TRADE EXPOSITION
One of the primary reasons for changing the location of the Western Division
Conference was to provide attendees with a larger and improved Deal Making
and Trade Exposition. This year we have over 50,000 square feet of Deal
Making Space. The entire Deal Making and Trade Exposition will consist of
10' x 10' pipe and drape booths. The number of booths will increase by 40%
over the previous years' offering. There will also be a lounge area conveniently
located inside the Deal Making and Trade Exposition. Retailers, developers,
brokers, cities and service providers are all invited to participate in our exciting
new format.
