RE: ARCHITECT'S PROPOSAL - NEW WATER LINE AT SMALL POOL AT
ROSEMEAD PARK
As part of the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency's 2000-2001 budget, one hundred thousand
dollars was 100,000.00) allocated to install new water lines at the small pool at Rosemead
Park.
We already have an agreement with an Architect, Rowley International to provide for the
installation of new water lines for the large pool at Rosemead Park and he has completed the
preliminary drawings.
The attached proposal would make Rowley International the same Architect for the small pool
and allow us to bid and do both projects at the same time. Their fee for this project is five
thousand dollars($ 5,000.00).
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Rosemead Redevelopment Agency approve the proposal with Rowley
International and authorize staff to go to bid upon the completion of Working Drawings.
