Ordinance No. 691 - 9215-17 Glendon Wayr ORDINANCE 691 Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be processed according to State law. Section 1. The City Council finds, determines and declares: (a) An application for a change of zone from R-1 to PO-D was duly filed by Shigeru Minamizono for property located at 9215-17 Glendon Way and more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and (b) A public hearing was duly held before the Planning Commission on July 15, 1991, at which time the Commission recommended approval of said request; and (c) That on September 10, 1991, the City Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing on said request. Section 2. The City Council further finds: (a) That the change in zone from R-1 to PO-D and General Plan Amendment is consistent with the land use of the subject area as contained in the City's general plan as amended; and • (b) That a Negative Declaration was prepared in accordance with State law and local regulation. The Negative Declaration was approved by the Planning Commission. Section 3. The City Council hereby approves Zone Change 91-184 from R-1 to PO-D for property located at 9215-17 Glendon Way and more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Section 4. The Zoning Map and General Plan of the City of Rosemead are hereby amended to reflect the approved change of zone on the effective date of this Ordinance. • 1991. Kaiser and wife by deed recorded in Book 908 Page 142, Official Records; thence 89 10' West along the South line of land so conveyed and of the land conveyed to Frederick S.
