AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD ADOPTING,
BY REFERENCE, LOS ANGELES COUNTY ANIMAL
CONTROL AND CARE REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The provisions set forth hereinafter are to enact by
reference, pursuant to Government code §50022.2 and this ordinance
shall be duly introduced on August 11, 1992, notice of public hearing
shall be duly made pursuant to Government Code §6066 and a public
hearing shall be conducted on September 8, 1992 in the City Council
Chambers of the Rosemead City Hall at 8838 E. Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California at the hour of 8:00 p.m.
Section 2. Section 3600 of the Rosemead Municipal Code is hereby
amended by the addition of the following language:
Ordinance No. 92-0056, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
TITLE 10 OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY CODE RELATING
TO THE REGULATION OF ANIMALS, is hereby adopted by
• this reference. A true and correct copy of said
ordinance is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A",
and incorporated herein by this reference.
Violations of this Ordinance shall be punishable
offenses as stated in Section 10.04.060 of said
ordinance, which is adopted by reference, as part
of Ordinance No. 92-0056.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance.

An ordinance amending Title 10 of the County Code
relating to fees required for animal-related services,
licenses and activities.
The Los Angeles County Board of supervisors ordains
as follows:
Section I. Section 10.90.010 of the Los Angeles
• County code is amended to read as follows:
Section 10.90.010. Fee schedule. The fees required
to be paid for all services and activities set forth in
Title 10 are as follows:

Section 2. Section 10.20.290 of the Los Angeles
County Code is amended to read:
• Section 10.20.290. Inspection of business premises
required annually - Fee. Prior to the registration of a
dog, subject to this Part 3 the county shall inspect the
business establishment premises so as to assure the
adequate housing and care of the dog. An initial
inspection fee of 625 " 550.00 shall be charged to the
business, and an annual inspection shall thereafter be
required at a rate of 625+90 $50.00.
