Please find attached a recent survey of customer activity in our Rosemead office. This
survey covers the first quarter of 2000 and the month of May. You will note that the

This is due to our billing cycle when invoices are mailed out every three months; January,
April, July and September.
Proposed New Service Days - - - - - -- We therefore, as stated in our December 22, 1999 letter, respectfully request to reduce the
operating hours of our office in the City of Rosemead to the following:

—. -_- __every Tuesday- and - Thursday from 10:00 a..m -to 5:00 p.m _The. office will_be closed_ __`_
Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• The two (2) weeks after residential billing has been mailed to customers, the office
- will be open Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - - - - -
• All walk -in customers can deliver payments directly to a drop box that will be
located on the door entering our office during the days the office is closed.
