Ordinance No. 577 - Conditional Use PermitsV ORDINANCE NO. 577 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD AMENDING THE ZONING CODE REGARDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 9181.1(19) of the Rosemead Zoning Code is hereby deleted. C F Section 2. New Sections 91821) and (22) are hereby added to the Rosemead Zoning Code to read as follows: "21. Hospitals, sanitariums and ancillary uses. 22. Medical clinics for the treatment of contagious diseases, mental illnesses, or substance abuse (liquor, drugs, etc.) cases." Section 3. Section 9181.1(1) is hereby amended to read as follows: "Kennels, animal raising and training, animal hospitals in M zones. Such conditional use permit shall include conditions that all facilities shall be confined to the parcel of land on which the use is permitted; no facility shall be so maintained as to constitute a nuisance or to be detrimental to the health or safety of persons living in the immediate vicinity; all facilities shall be wholly enclosed within a building, except outdoor cages, runs or exercise areas, which shall be completely enclosed by a six (6) foot masonry wall; and such other conditions as the Planning Commission may impose." Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed as required by law. PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this i.tb day of February > 1985.
