PUBLIC COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE 2. DOC KERR MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND REQUEST FOR DONATION A. Doc Kerr Memorial Scholarships This 501 (c)(3) non - profit organization is requesting a $1,000 donation from the City towards scholarships to be awarded at its Doc Kerr Golf Classic event on April 29, 2011. Recommendation: Due to the fact this donation request has been submitted outside of the City's annual budget cycle and process, there are no funds allocated for this purpose in the current fiscal year budget. The City Council is requested to provide direction relative to that request for a donation. 3. MATTERS FROM CITY MANAGER & STAFF A. Workshop on Preliminary Discussions Related to the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2011.12 The City Council will discuss various preliminary issues relative to the City's General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2011 -12. This is an information workshop only and no final actions will be taken by the City Council relative to the 2011 -12 Fiscal Year Budget. Actual adoption of the Budget is scheduled to occur in June. 4. CLOSED SESSION A.
