City Council authorization is required by Administrative Policy 20 -02. Attached for the City Council's consideration is the agenda for this meeting. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the attendance at City expense, a Council Member. FINANCIAL REVIEW Expenses for this meeting are included in the 2010 -11 Budget.
