He presented a letter dated April 20, 1977 which indicated that the actual removal will begin on or before May 1, 1977. Be referred to two proposals attached being: Design Sciences $8,000 (top limit) B.M. Scott Associates: $9,500 (top limit) Armando Gonzales of Design Sciences and Mike Scott of B.M. Scott S Associates addressed the Council relative to their bids. Mr. Gonzalex indicated $100.00 for items listed on Exhibit B.. Estimated Not-To-Exceed Compensation... After further discussion; It was moved by Councilwoman Trujillo. second by Councilman Taylor to approve the low bid by Design Sciences, not to exceed $8.100.00.
