Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions B. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03 -938 - 9302 Steele Street. Michael A. Tapia is proposing to construct an addition to an existing single- family residence with a total living area of over 2,500 square feet located in the R -1; Single Family Residential Zoning District.
