Francis Tang has submitted an application to subdivide one residential lot into
two (2) parcels . for the construction of two new single - family residences with
over 2,500 square feet of living area, located at 3050 Sullivan Avenue in the R -1
(Single Family Residential) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
B. DESIGN REVIEW 03 -109 -3506 -3684 Rosemead Boulevard &3501- 3505 Hart
Avenue. Hany Malak of McKently & Associates has submitted an application
for a fagade renovation and landscape improvements at Rosemead Place
Shopping Center in the C -31) (Medium Commercial with a Design Overlay)
zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03 -936; ZONE VARIANCE 03 -323 - 8617 Blue
Circle. David Lo has submitted an application for the construction of an
addition town existing single - family dwelling resulting in a living area over
2,500 square feet. The applicant is also requesting a variance from the second
story side yard setback requirement. The property is located at 8617 Blue Circle
in the R -1 (Single Family Residential) zone.
Recommendation: Continue to November 3 meeting
D. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 03- 933 -3303 Burton Avenue
Terence Kwok has submitted an application for the construction of a single -
family residence with over 2,500 square feet of living area, located at 3303 Burton
Avenue in the R -1 (Single Family Residential) zone.
