located at 9354 Valley Boulevard in the C -3D (Medium Commercial with a
Design Overlay) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
B. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 26578; ZONE VARIANCE 01 -307;
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 86 -359 MODIFICATION —2751 Del Mar
Avenue The Vietnam Xa Loi Buddhist Temple has submitted an application to
consolidate two existing parcels into one parcel for the reconstruction of a
Buddhist Temple, located at 2751 Del Mar Avenue in the R -2 (Light Multi -
Family Residential) and P (Parking) zone.
Recommendation: Approve Subject to Conditions
